Training Hub
Updated over a month ago

The Training Hub provides a structured task list tailored to different user roles—Users, Admins, and Viewers. Each task list guides you through essential setup steps, helping you explore and utilize SourceWhale’s core features effectively.

In this article we'll cover

What is the Training Hub?

The Training Hub has been designed to help walk you through the first few days/weeks of using SourceWhale, so you can be sure you have set up everything you need to start getting results. You will also have a customer success manager who will support you through the process.

You can track your progress using the progress bar in the top right of the Training Hub or in the side navigation bar and also see which task is next on your to-do list.

You'll be able to access the Training Hub at any time, by clicking on your profile in the bottom left corner and selecting 'Training Hub', should you wish to watch a video, read an article or refresh your memory.

How are tasks set up?

For each task you'll see:

  • A task description, explaining what it is you need to complete

  • A blue tag, outlining the task type (Setup, Video, Walkthrough)

  • A main blue button, which is how you'll action the task

  • A learn more link, linking you to the relevant help document in our help centre

  • A blue play icon, showing you a video preview of how to action the task (this will not be visible on 'video' task types)

Which tasks will i see?

The tasks you see will depend on what user type you are. If you're just a user, you'll only see the User Setup card, however if you also have admin access, you'll see another card for Admin Setup. If you're a viewer, you won't have cards.
