How to Manage Open Tracking For Your Team

Admins can enable or disable open tracking at a team level. Follow the guide below to adjust open tracking settings for your team.


1. Accessing the Open Tracking Setting

Admins can manage open tracking by navigating to Admin General Settings and toggling on Allow Open Tracking.

When the toggle is enabled, anyone on your team can control open tracking at the individual campaign level.

When the toggle is disabled, open tracking for campaigns will not be available to anyone on your team.

2. Turning Off Open Tracking

To turn off open tracking for all team members:

  1. Toggle Allow Open Tracking to OFF.

  2. A confirmation modal will appear.

  3. Click Confirm & Disable.

Open tracking will now be disabled for everyone on your team.

What Happens When Open Tracking is Disabled:

  • Existing Campaigns: Open tracking will be turned off automatically. Users will not be able to turn on 'Track Opens'.

    • Previously Sent Emails: Open tracking remains active for emails already sent, as the tracking pixel is already embedded.

    • Scheduled & Future Emails: These will be sent without open tracking.

  • New Campaigns: Created without open tracking enabled. Users will not be able to turn on 'Track Opens'.
