Creating, Using, and Deleting Team Templates

This article explains how to create, use and delete re-usable outreach templates that are shared across your team.

Team templates allow you to save and re-use any outreach template whether it is an email, InMail, Connection Request or Phone Call. This also allows your team to find and use any of these templates when creating their sequences.


Creating a template

First, you will need to create and save a template that can be re-used in the future by you and the team.

  1. Head to the campaigns page and click Manage Templates

  2. Click "New Template" in the top right hand corner

  3. Create the content you would like to save in the template. You can utilise our campaign features including WhaleGPT, Content Coach and Variables. Click "Create" when you are done.

You can also save content within a campaign as a template. Click the "Templates" button and then "Save Content as a new template".


Selecting a template to use

You can select a pre-saved template from the drop-down on each step.


Managing Templates

From the templates overview page, you can manage your templates. Track stats, edit, duplicate and delete Templates.


Tags

You can assign tags to your templates to sort and filter through them easily.

Click "Manage tags" to delete or create tags.

Select a template, then "Actions" to assign tags to templates.

You are now ready to start using templates!
