Setting up your Ezekia integration in SourceWhale is very simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below.

Step 1

Go to your profile in the bottom left-hand corner of SourceWhale and click on it > Select Integrations from the dropdown box > Select Ezekia.

Step 2

To enable the Ezekia integration, ask your Ezekia account manager for an API key.

Step 3

Click activate.

When the integration is active, you will see a green connected box appear to the right hand side of the Ezekia logo.

Sync Features

On the integrations page, an admin will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.

  2. When adding to a campaign: Choose to sync when adding Candidates or when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested. Click the lock icon to lock the sync settings for all non-admin users within the platform.

  3. Displayed fields: Choose which Ezekia fields users can optionally tag to a Candidate to push into Ezekia.

  4. Mandatory fields: Choose which Ezekia fields must be filled to push Candidate into Ezekia.

  5. Protected fields: Selected fields will not be overwritten in Ezekia when syncing data.

  6. Filterable fields: Selected fields will be displayed within the SourceWhale search page as a filter, allowing your team to search your CRM using these fields directly from within SourceWhale.

Field Mapping

Here you can customise and map all Ezekia fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.

Note: Please do not adjust unless you are finding that the variables are not mapping as expected in Ezekia.

  1. String Variables: These SourceWhale variables can only be mapped to one field in Ezekia.

  2. List Variables: These SourceWhale variables can be mapped to multiple fields in Ezekia.

  3. Social URLs: Link specific social URLs such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc to the correct field in Ezekia.
