Setting up the Kortivity Integration

This article describes how to set up your Kortivity integration and sync features.

Setting up your Podia integration in SourceWhale is very simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below.



Step 1

Go to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner of SourceWhale and click on it > Select Integrations from the dropdown box > Select Kortivity.

Step 2

To enable the Kortivity integration, enter your Kortivity username and password.

Step 3

Click activate.

When the integration is active, you will see a green connected box appear to the right hand side of the Kortivity logo.


Sync Features

Navigate to the Integrations page. Once your integration is active you will notice that as an admin you will be able to set some default settings for yourself and your team.

1. Pushing contacts into Kortivity: You will be able to choose at which stage you want the contacts that you are adding to a campaign will be pushed through to Kortivity. They can be pushed through at three different stages:

  • When adding contact

  • When contact replies

  • When contact replies and is interested

You can then choose what stages in Kortivity, SourceWhale stages should be mapped to.

2. Displayed Fields: Choose which Kortivity fields users can use to 'Tag' contacts when pushing them into Kortivity, and know what each contact refers to exactly.

3. Mandatory Fields: Choose which Kortivity fields users must 'Tag' contacts with when pushing into Kortivity.
