Adding video links to your outreach is simple, follow the steps below!

Navigate to Loom or the platform you used to record the video and select the icon in the top right corner.

Select 'Copy link'.

Navigate to the campaign step that you want the video link to appear in and select the video icon.

Paste the video link you copied.

Select Insert.

Your video link will now insert into your outreach step.

Note: The video will be inserted as an image that redirects to the hosted video site once clicked on by the recipient.

Navigate to Loom or the platform you used to record the video and select the icon in the top right corner.

Select 'Copy link'.

Navigate to the site you want to source from and open the SourceWhale extension.

Paste the video link directly into the campaign step within the extension and the video thumbnail will appear.

Note: this can be used when personalising videos to the specific contact.
