Understanding Auto-archiving Campaigns

This article will describe why a campaign may auto-archive and how to adjust this.

Step 1

Navigate to your initials/image > Profile.

Step 2

There is the option to turn on 'Archive old campaigns'.

By turning on this setting, if it’s been at least 3 months since the last email/ To-do schedule time / sent time / “not before” time, then we archive the campaign. If the toggle is off, we will pause all campaigns that meet this condition instead.
