How to Create a Nurture Campaign

This article will describe how to create a Nurture Campaign.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Nurture campaigns allow you to continue to engage with a contact even after they’ve replied to your outreach step.

Currently, a campaign stops once someone replies or books time in your calendar.

However, if you did want emails to continue after a reply, an example being quarterly check-in messages to placed candidates or market updates for your clients, then we have a nurture campaign setting too, a fantastic option to regularly keep in touch with your candidates and clients without the need to setup manual steps or reminders.

To create a Nurture Campaign, please follow the steps below:

Step 1.

Please navigate to the Campaign settings

Step 2.

Turn on the toggle for ‘Continue steps after contact replies’

  • When this toggle is turned on, the contact will continue to receive the remaining campaign steps, even if they have replied to the campaign

  • Nurture campaigns continue to send until they are specifically stopped.
Even if a SourceWhale user engages with the contact outside of SourceWhale.

Note: This is a beta feature, if you'd like access to this feature, reach out to your CSM or the support team.
