Setting up your Jazz HR integration in SourceWhale is very simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Click on your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner of SourceWhale > Select Integrations from the dropdown box.
Step 2.
Once on the integrations page simply select Jazz HR and ask your account manager for your API key.
Step 3.
Click Activate. Once activated a green connected box should appear.

On the integrations page, you will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team. You will be able to set:
Set default options for applicants and contacts
Pushing contacts into JazzHR: You will be able to choose at which stage you want the contact or applicant that you are adding to a campaign will be pushed through to JazzHR. They can be pushed through at three different stages:
When adding contact/applicant
When contact/applicant replies
When the contact/applicant replies and is interested
You are now able to use your JazzHR integration.
