In order to flag inaccurate contact information on the SourceWhale extension, please follow the below steps.
Open the SourceWhale extension over a contact profile and search for contact information (emails or phone numbers).
Use your mouse to hover over over the email address or phone number and click on the flag icon that appears.
There is the option to add a reason for reporting the contact information which includes:
Invalid email/phone number
Data out of date
Wrong person
Other
4. If you select 'Other' as an optional reason you will be able to write a custom line to explain why you are flagging the contact information.
