In order to set up your Seven20 integration on SourceWhale simply follow these steps.
Step 1
Navigate to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner > click on Integrations.
Search for Seven20 in the search bar and click it

Step 2
Click 'Activate' and you will be prompted to login to your Seven20 account.
When the integration is active, you will see a green connected box appear on the right-hand side of the Seven20 logo.
Sync Features
On the integrations page, you will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.
General Settings
Sync manual contact updates to Seven20
- Automatically update Seven20 with any manual changes made by your team to contact fields in SourceWhale, such as name, company, role, location and more.Block emails to recipients marked as off-limits
- If turned on, SourceWhale will not send emails to contacts marked as off-limits/opt-out in Seven20.Remove flagged email addresses
- If you flag an email address in SourceWhale, it will be removed from any contacts in Seven20 that have the address.Remove flagged phone numbers
- If you flag a phone number in SourceWhale, it will be removed from any contacts in Seven20 that have the number.Displayed account info
- Select the option to give further information regarding a company in the SourceWhale Chrome extension.Displayed account warning
- Select the option you would like displayed to help identify the correct company for a Candidate/ClientContact/Lead when there may be possible company duplicates or similarly named companies in Seven20.Create notes upon
: Choose for which outreach types a note is pushed in Seven20.
Sync Settings
Set different settings for Candidates/ClientContacts/Leads.
Only add notes to synced records
- Toggling this on will mean that if you have "sync upon interested" or "sync upon replied" for the next option, we will only add notes to existing records in Seven20 once a Candidate/ClientContact/Lead has been marked as "interested" or "replied".When adding to a campaign
- Choose to sync when adding Candidates/ClientContacts/Leads or when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested. Click the lock icon to lock the sync settings for all non-admin users within the platform.Default Status
- Add new records to Seven20 with this status.Displayed Fields
- Choose which Seven20 fields users can optionally tag to a Candidate/ClientContact/Lead to push into Seven20.Mandatory Fields
- Choose which Seven20 fields must be filled to push Candidates/ClientContacts/Leads into Seven20.Protected Fields
- Selected fields will not be overwritten in Seven20 when syncing data.Filterable Fields
- Selected fields will be displayed within the SourceWhale search page as a filter, allowing your team to search your CRM using these fields directly from within SourceWhale.
Note Mapping
Here you can map SourceWhale stages to your custom Seven20 note types.
Set different settings for Candidate/ClientContacts/Leads by clicking the dropdown
Select the dropdown for each stage to map it to the correct Seven20 Note Type
Field Mapping
Here you can customise and map all Seven20 fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.
Please do not adjust unless you are finding that the variables are not mapping as expected in Seven20.

- These SourceWhale variables can only be mapped to one field in Seven20.List Variables
- These SourceWhale variables can be mapped to multiple fields in Seven20.Social URLs
- Link specific social URLs such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc to the correct field in Seven20.
