In order to set up your Breezy HR integration on SourceWhale simply follow these steps.

Navigate to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner &gt; click on Integrations &gt; select Breezy HR.

Once your integration is active you will see a green connected box appear by the Breezy HR icon.

On the integrations page, an admin will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.

Do not merge with existing contacts in Breezy HR: Turning this toggle on will create duplicates in Breezy HR.

Create notes upon: Choose for which outreach types a note is pushed into Breezy HR.

Only add notes to synced records: Toggling this on will mean that if you have "sync upon interested" or "sync upon replied" for the next option, we will only add notes to existing records in Breezy HR once a Candidate has been marked as "interested" or "replied".

When adding to a campaign: Choose to sync when adding Candidates or when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested.

Displayed fields: Choose which Breezy HR fields users can optionally tag to applicants/contacts to push into Breezy HR.

Mandatory fields: Choose which Breezy HR fields must be filled to push an applicant/contact into Breezy HR.

Here you can customise and map all Breezy HR fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.

Note: Please do not adjust unless you are finding that the variables are not mapping as expected in Breezy HR.

Social URLs: Link specific social URLs such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc to the correct field in Breezy HR.
