When a contact clicks the unsubscribe link in an email, they will automatically be added to the unsubscribe list.
Navigate to sourcewhale.app/profile
Toggle the 'Include unsubscribe link in emails' feature on
In the screenshot below, the feature if off. To turn it on, ensure it's blue.
2. If a contact requests to be unsubscribed, you'll need to add them to the list.
