If you are making calls to UK numbers with Dialer, and your business is registered outside of the UK, you will need to register for KYC. Failure to do so will result in the cessation of Dialer services from May 27th 2024.

What Information is Required for Businesses outside the UK?
SourceWhale submits an application on behalf of your business, so only the following information is required:
Excerpt from Commercial Register (e.g. IRS letter with EIN or State letter with File Number for US Customers) showing Business Name, Address, Registration Authority and Registration Number.
How Do I Register For UK Dialer Compliance (Know Your Customer)?
To register for UK Dialer Compliance (Know Your Customer), you need to provide the required information through the form in the Admin settings Compliance tab. SourceWhale will handle the registration process on your behalf.
Prepare the Required Information: Gather the excerpt from the commercial register.
Complete the Form: Fill out the form in the SourceWhale admin panel with the required information.
Submit for Verification: Submit the form for verification. SourceWhale will manage the registration with the regulatory authorities.
Checking Your Compliance Status
After submitting your information, you can monitor and manage your compliance status through the SourceWhale admin panel:
Access the Admin Panel: Log in to your SourceWhale account and navigate to the admin panel.
Go to Compliance Tab: In the admin panel, find and select the 'Compliance' tab.
View Verification Status: Check the status of your verification. A tick signifies compliance.
