Setting up the Kaspr Integration

This article describes how to set up your Kaspr integration on SourceWhale.

Kaspr is a contact data enrichment tool that retrieves professional contact details via LinkedIn. When integrated with SourceWhale, Kaspr can automatically find the following data for your contacts (based on your configured preference):

  • Personal email - personal email address

  • Work email - professional/work email address

  • Phone - direct phone number

Once connected, SourceWhale will use your Kaspr credits to enrich contacts automatically when you source them.

How to Set Up the Kaspr Integration

Step 1 - Open Integrations

Navigate to your initials or profile image in the bottom left-hand corner and select Integrations from the dropdown menu.

Search for Kaspr in the search bar.

Step 2 - Enter your Kaspr API key

Log in to your Kaspr account and go to Settings. Navigate to the API section to find or generate your API key.

Copy the key, paste it into the API key field in SourceWhale, then click Activate.

Step 3 - Confirm the connection

When the integration is active, you will see Connected in green on the right-hand side of the Kaspr logo.

Open the Kaspr integration settings to choose which data type you would like SourceWhale to retrieve personal email, work email, or phone.
