The Opportunities feature helps you prioritise high-intent contacts by flagging time-sensitive leads directly in the platform. Opportunities appear in a dedicated tab within your To-Dos page.
Each opportunity is generated by a trigger condition and includes contextual messaging explaining why the contact is being surfaced. You can take direct action from this view.
