Overview
Team admins can manage the reasons their team selects in project pipelines. Job projects use Rejected reasons and Withdrawn reasons. Business Development projects use Lost reasons.
The same reason lists apply across your whole team. You can add and edit reasons, add descriptions, reorder each list, merge reasons, and delete them.
Team admins with the CRM & ATS Module can access these settings.
How It Works
Open the Admin Panel and select the CRM & ATS tab.
Under Pipeline, find the group you want to edit. Job projects use Rejected reasons and Withdrawn reasons. Business Development projects use Lost reasons.
Click Add new in that group. Enter a name in Reason and an optional description in Description. Press Enter or click outside the row to save. Names can contain up to 50 characters. Descriptions can contain up to 200 characters and appear with the reason when users choose a pipeline outcome.
To edit a reason, change its name or description. Press Enter or click outside the row to save.
To change the order, drag a reason by the handle on the left of its row. The new order saves automatically.
To merge reasons, click the merge icon on the source row. Choose a destination in Merge to, then click Merge reasons. Existing candidates using the source reason will change to the destination reason. You cannot undo a merge.
To remove a reason, click the trash icon on its row, then select Delete reason. The reason will not be available for new selections. Existing records keep their reason. Keep at least one active reason in each group.

Can I change the Rejected, Withdrawn, or Lost stage names?
No. These stage names stay fixed. The CRM & ATS settings change the available reasons.
Can I use the same reason name in different groups?
Yes. Names only need to be unique within each group.
Can I merge a reason into a different group?
No. Choose a replacement reason from the same group.
