Where do I find my Hotlist?
Hotlist can be found on the Live Feed section of your dashboard.
How is someone added to my Hotlist?
A contact will be added to your Hotlist if they meet any of the following conditions:
Opened any 2 emails in any campaign in the last 24 hours
Clicked any link in any campaign 2 times in the last 24 hours
Opened an email and the email was sent out over 30 days ago
What do I do with my Hotlist contacts?
Engage with the contact! Hotlist enables you to make real-time actions, seamlessly managing your top contacts without manually sifting through hundreds of contacts on the live feed.
Click the contact name for more information and then click the Log activity button to record any notes, calls or meetings!
What happens next?
Contacts stay on your hotlist for 30 days before they are removed. Contacts can also be re-added to your hotlist if they hit the criteria after 7 days.
