Sync Features
On the integrations page, you will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.
General Settings
Do not merge with existing contacts in SmartRecruiters: Turning this toggle on will create duplicates in SmartRecruiters.
Create notes upon: Choose for which outreach types a note is pushed in SmartRecruiters.
Job Status Whitelist: Display the jobs under the selected job statuses only.
Sync Settings
Only add notes to synced records: Toggling this on will mean that if you have "sync upon interested" or "sync upon replied" for the next option, we will only add notes to existing records in SmartRecruiters once a Candidate has been marked as "interested" or "replied".
When adding to a campaign: Choose to sync when adding Candidates or when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested. Click the lock icon to lock the sync settings for all non-admin users within the platform.
Displayed fields: Choose which SmartRecruiters fields users can optionally tag to a Candidate to push into SmartRecruiters.
Mandatory fields: Choose which SmartRecruiters fields must be filled to push Candidates into SmartRecruiters.
Protected fields: Selected fields will not be overwritten in SmartRecruiters when syncing data.
Filterable fields: Selected fields will be displayed within the SourceWhale search page as a filter, allowing your team to search your CRM using these fields directly from within SourceWhale.
Field Mapping
Here you can customise and map all SmartRecruiters fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.
Note: Please do not adjust unless you are finding that the variables are not mapping as expected in SmartRecruiters.
String Variables: These SourceWhale variables can only be mapped to one field in SmartRecruiters.
List Variables: These SourceWhale variables can be mapped to multiple fields in SmartRecruiters.
Social URLs: Link specific social URLs such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc to the correct field in SmartRecruiters.
You are now ready to start using your SmartRecruiters integrations. See our article on using SmartRecruiters with SourceWhale here.
