Setting up the Jobvite Integration

This article describes how to set up your Jobvite integration and sync features.

Setting up your Jobvite integration in SourceWhale is very simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below.


Step 1

Go to your initials/image in the bottom left-had corner of SourceWhale and click on it > Select Integrations from the dropdown box > Select Jobvite.

Step 2

To enable the Jobvite integration, ask your Jobvite account manager for an API key and Secret.

Step 3

Click activate.

When the integration is active, you will see a green connected box appear to the right hand side of the Jobvite logo.


Sync Features

Once your integration is active you will notice that as an admin you will be able to set some default settings for yourself and your team.

1. Pushing contacts into Jobvite: You will be able to choose at which stage you want the contacts that you are adding to a campaign will be pushed through to Jobvite. They can be pushed through at three different stages:

  • When adding contact

  • When contact replies

  • When contact replies and is interested
