Automatic steps will be automatically sent on your behalf through SourceWhale.
Manual Steps include: InMail, Connection Request, Phone Call, General Task
Manual steps will be listed in your To-Dos section. When you click 'Go' you will be prompted to action the related task.
You can always check which steps are automatic or manual within your campaign.
