To learn how to apply Bold, Italic or Underline formatting onto Custom Variables, follow the steps below:
In this example, we use the bold option.
Select the bold option
While the bold option is selected, add the custom variable to your text
The custom variable will now be bold, as intended
If the bold option is not selected prior to adding the custom variable, the custom variable will not be bold.
Note: Variables with curly brackets {{like this}} are filled in with the relevant information before the time of sending.
