Step 1
Check if the contacts in your campaign are active
When a contact has a green dot next to their name, this means they are active in a campaign.
To add personalisation ensure the contact is not active. This is temporary.
Select the contact > Click 'Actions' > Click 'Stop Outreach'
Ensure they do not have a corresponding green dot.
Step 2
Select the contact
Click 'Actions'
Click 'Add to campaign'
Step 3
You will be redirected to this page (please see the screenshot below).
please add personalisations to any step you'd like here.
when you've finished adding personalisations, click 'Add All to Campaign'
You've successfully added personalisations for your contacts. π
