How to Add Personalisation to a Live Campaign

This article will describe How to Add Personalisation to a Live Campaign

Step 1

  • Check if the contacts in your campaign are active

  • When a contact has a green dot next to their name, this means they are active in a campaign.

  • To add personalisation ensure the contact is not active. This is temporary.

    • Select the contact > Click 'Actions' > Click 'Stop Outreach'

  • Ensure they do not have a corresponding green dot.

Step 2

  • Select the contact

  • Click 'Actions'

  • Click 'Add to campaign'

Step 3

You will be redirected to this page (please see the screenshot below).

  • please add personalisations to any step you'd like here.

  • when you've finished adding personalisations, click 'Add All to Campaign'

You've successfully added personalisations for your contacts. πŸŽ‰
