In order to set up your Avionté integration sync settings with SourceWhale, simply follow these steps.

Sync Features

On the integrations page, an admin will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.

General Settings

  1. Sync contact updates to Avionté: Automatically updates Avionté with any changes made to contact fields in SourceWhale like name, company, role, location, and more.

  2. Don't overwrite existing CVs in Avionté: If a contact has an existing CV in Avionté, we will not upload a new CV.

  3. Users can only see Talents/Companies from the office they have access to: Restricts users from viewing Talent and Company details from other departments.

  4. Displayed Company info: Select the option to give further information regarding a company in the SourceWhale Chrome extension.

  5. Displayed Company Warning: Select the option you would like displayed to help identify the correct company for a Candidate/Client Contact/Lead when there may be possible company duplicates or similarly named companies in Avionté.

  6. Create notes upon: Choose for which outreach types a note is pushed in Avionté.

  7. New Company Status: For all new companies, automatically default to the selected status.

Sync Settings

  1. Set different settings for Talents/Contacts.

  2. Only add notes to synced records: Toggling this on will mean that if you have "sync upon interested" or "sync upon replied" for the next option, we will only add notes to existing records in Avionté once a Talent/Contact has been marked as "interested" or "replied".

  3. When adding to a campaign: Choose to sync when adding Talents/Contacts or when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested.

  4. Default Status: Choose which Avionté fields users can optionally tag to a Talent/Contact to push into Avionté.

  5. Displayed Fields: Choose which Avionté fields users can optionally tag to a Talent/Contact to push into Avionté.

  6. Mandatory Fields: Choose which Avionté fields must be filled to push Talents/Contacts into Avionté.

  7. Protected Fields: Choose which Avionté fields must be filled to push Talents/Contacts into Avionté

  8. Filterable Fields: Add new Talents/Contacts with a default status

Please Note - If you rename any fields in Avionté (e.g., Skills or Status), the updated field names will not be reflected in the Sync Settings drop down.

Note Mapping

Here you can map SourceWhale stages to your custom Avionté note types.

  1. Set different settings for Talents/Contacts

  2. Select the drop-down for each stage to map it to the correct Avionté Activity Type

Field Mapping

Here you can customise and map all Avionté fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.

Note: Please do not adjust unless you are finding that the variables are not mapping as expected in Avionté.

  1. Set different settings for Talents/Contacts.

  2. String Variables: These SourceWhale variables can only be mapped to one field in Avionté.

  3. List Variables: These SourceWhale variables can be mapped to multiple fields in Avionté.

  4. Social URLs: Link specific social URLs such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. to the correct field in Avionté.

You are now ready to start using your Avionté integrations. See our article on using Avionté with SourceWhale here.
