To set up your Mailchimp integration, navigate to your initials in the bottom left hand corner and click 'Integrations'

Type 'Mailchimp' in the search bar and click 'Connect'. Generate a Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill) API Key in your Mandrill settings, copy it, paste it into the API Key field in SourceWhale, and press 'Activate'.

Note: Use a Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill) API key from Mandrill settings. A standard Mailchimp Marketing API key will not work.

Navigate to the campaign section

Create a new campaign by clicking the 'Create a campaign' button in the top right hand corner

Within your campaign steps, navigate to the step where you want to send via Mailchimp and ensure the step type is set to Email.

In the step, click on the From email address dropdown and select the Mailchimp transactional provider and sender email from the list. Mailchimp senders appear alongside your standard connected email accounts.

Your campaign outreach will now be scheduled in the outbox to be sent via your Mailchimp email address.
