Setting up your JazzHR integration in SourceWhale is very simple, all you need to do is follow the steps below.

Click on your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner of SourceWhale > Select Integrations from the dropdown box.

Once on the integrations page, select JazzHR. You can retrieve your JazzHR API key from here and enter it in the field.

Once you have entered the API Key then click Activate. Once activated a green connected box should appear.

On the integrations page, you will be able to set default settings for yourself and your team.

Sync manual contact updates to JazzHR - Automatically update JazzHR with any manual changes made by your team to contact fields in SourceWhale, such as name, company, role, location and more.

Add Applicant/Contact to JazzHR - Choose when Applicant/Contact get added to JazzHR, either when added to the campaign, when they respond or when they respond positively and are interested. Alternatively, you can choose to not add this contact type.

Only add notes to synced records - Toggling this on will mean that if you have "only when they reply" or "only when they are interested" for the Add Applicant/Contact to option, we will only add notes to existing records in JazzHR once an Applicant has been marked as "interested" or "replied".

Update field in JazzHR - You can choose "Always update" or "Only update if Blank":

Always update will update the field regardless if there is existing information on a contact in this field. Any existing information will be overwritten by the new information.

Only update if Blank will only update when the field is empty and won't overwrite any existing data.

Here you can choose which activities will create notes in JazzHR.

Create new notes from - Choose for which outreach types a note is pushed in JazzHR.

Here you can customise and map all JazzHR fields to the corresponding SourceWhale variable.
