To set up the JazzHR integration in SourceWhale, follow these steps.

Open your initials/image menu in the bottom-left corner and select Integrations.

Select JazzHR. Retrieve your JazzHR API key from <a href="https://app.jazz.co/app/settings/integrations" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">JazzHR integration settings</a> and enter it in SourceWhale.

Click Activate. A successful activation lets you use the JazzHR integration and its settings in SourceWhale.

Use the integration settings to control contact syncing, when applicants/contacts are added, note creation, field update behaviour, and field mappings. The current settings page includes Update field in JazzHR? and Only update if blank options; review these carefully before enabling overwrites.
