Email Scheduling for different times on different days.

This article will describe how to schedule emails to be delivered at different times on different days.

Step 1.

Navigate to the Campaign Settings. Ensure to click the 'Settings' tab as shown in the image below:

Step 2.

Turn the 'Email Scheduling' toggle on, as shown below:

Step 3

Click the day you would like to schedule emails for:

Step 4

Choose whether you would like your outreach to be sent out during different time periods within the day. This can be one, two or three time periods throughout the day.

Step 5

Adjust the time labels to update your emailing schedule. Then click 'Save'.

Step 6 (Optional)

  • To use the heat map to choose your email schedule, click the 'Show Email Sending Heatmap' toggle.

  • You will now be able to view the Heatmap for your team. Use this heatmap as a guide for the time you would like your emails to be sent.

  • Adjust the time labels to update your emailing schedule.

  • Then click 'Save'.

Step 7

The campaign settings will now display the email schedule.

Step 8

Click 'Save' to save the changes made to your campaign.
