SAP SuccessFactors is an HR and applicant tracking platform. The SourceWhale integration allows you to sync candidate data and activities directly into SuccessFactors from your outreach campaigns.
To set up your SuccessFactors integration on SourceWhale simply follow these steps:
Step 1
Navigate to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner > Select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
Search for SuccessFactors in the search bar.
Step 2
To enable the SuccessFactors integration, enter the following details in the fields provided:
Domain - Your SuccessFactors server URL (e.g.
hcmXXX.successfactors.com)User ID - The SuccessFactors user ID used for API access
Client ID - Your OAuth client ID (API Key) from the SuccessFactors API Center
Company ID - Your SuccessFactors company/tenant ID
š” You can find your Client ID in the SuccessFactors API Center under Admin Center > API Center. Contact your SuccessFactors administrator if you need help locating these credentials.
Step 3
Click 'Activate'.
Once the integration is active you will see a green connected box by the SuccessFactors icon.
