In order to set up your SuccessFactors integration on SourceWhale simply follow these steps:
Step 1
Navigate to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner > Select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
Search for SuccessFactors in the search bar.
Step 2
To enable the SuccessFactors integration, enter the following details in the fields provided:
Domain — Your SuccessFactors server URL (e.g.
hcmXXX.successfactors.com)User ID — The SuccessFactors user ID used for API access
Client ID — Your OAuth client ID (API Key) from the SuccessFactors API Center
Company ID — Your SuccessFactors company/tenant ID
Step 3
Click 'Activate'.
Once the integration is active you will see a green connected box by the SuccessFactors icon.
