You must have a Conversations license to have access to SourceWhale dialer and use this feature.
1. Click 'Add'
While on a live call, click the Add button on the Dialer to add a teammate to the call.
2. Teammate list appears
You'll then see:
An A–Z list of all teammates
A search bar to filter users quickly
If no matches are found, the No Results state displays.
3. Invite is sent
Once you select a teammate:
The screen updates to show a conference call view
A message appears: ”{Name} has been invited…”
4. Teammate accepts or declines
If accepted, the teammate will join the call.
If declined, you will remain on the call as normal and the dialer will return to the 1:1 call view after a few seconds.
5. Recruiter can drop off the call
Once the teammate joins successfully, you have the option to leave the call at any time. If you leave, the teammate will remain on the call with the contact.
6. Call outcome responsibilities
The original recruiter is always responsible for completing the Call Notes / Call Outcome screen after ending the call.
The teammate who takes over does not receive the Call Outcome screen automatically.
