Beta: The New Dashboard is currently in beta.
Overview
The New Dashboard (Beta) brings upcoming candidate meetings, activity, candidates, active projects and tasks into one view. You can move widgets to change their order.
Users with access can open the New Dashboard from Dashboard. The widgets shown depend on the features available in your SourceWhale account.
How It Works
1. Select Dashboard in the main navigation.
2. If you are viewing the Classic Dashboard, select New Dashboard.
3. To return to the Classic Dashboard, select Classic Dashboard in the dashboard switcher.
4. To move a widget, click and hold its header. Drag it to the position you want, then release.
5. Your widget order saves automatically.
Upcoming candidate meetings
Review your upcoming candidate meetings and use the date controls to view another day. Where available, select Join to open the meeting link or Brief me to view meeting preparation.
Activity
Choose Live feed to review activity such as opens, clicks, replies and voicemails when dialler access is available. Choose Hotlist only to focus on Hotlist activity. Filter the feed by activity type or user.
My candidates
Review candidates assigned to you in active job pipelines. Filter by pipeline stage. Each row shows the candidate, role, stage, days in stage and last activity.
My active projects
Use All, Jobs and BD (business development) to filter your active projects. Job project cards show Sourced, Resume, Interview, Offer and Filled counts. Business development cards show Identified, Outreach, Engaged and Won counts. Select View all to open Projects.
My tasks
Switch between Campaign tasks, Manual tasks and AI suggested tasks. For campaign tasks, use the date controls, campaign filter and task type filter. Use a task card to mark a task as done, postpone it or delete it. Select New task to create a manual task when that option is available.
FAQs
Does the New Dashboard need separate setup?
No. The default widget layout loads automatically for users with access.
Does my widget order change for my teammates?
No. Each user's widget order is saved separately.
