To learn how to check if your contact is active within a campaign, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Navigate to your campaign or the contacts page
Search for the contact and check the column to the left.
Step 2. Check if the contact is active

In this example, 'Alfie Doe' has a no marker next to their name.
Meaning, the contact has been added to the campaign but is not active, therefore can be added to another campaign.
In this example, 'Becky Doe' has a warning sign next to their name.
Meaning, the contact is no longer active in this campaign, therefore can be added to another campaign.
In this example, 'Charlie Doe' has a green dot next to their name.
Meaning, the contact is active in the campaign, therefore cannot be added to another campaign.
When a contact is no longer active:
Finished a campaign
Actions Menu > 'Stop Outreach'
Actions Menu > 'Remove from Campaign'
