My Projects Are Not Showing From Vincere to Sourcewhale
Log into SourceWhale and click your initials or profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
If there's a bell icon, click it to see the message 'Click here to link your Vincere account'.
Follow the instructions when prompted. Once these steps are complete, your projects should be syncing from Vincere to SourceWhale.
Integrations Warning: Company Mismatch
This contact's LinkedIn profile and Bullhorn profile are both up to date, so you will not see the 'Company Mismatch' warning in the SourceWhale Chrome extension.
If you run the SourceWhale extension on a contact's LinkedIn profile and the 'Integrations Warning: Company Mismatch' is shown, you will need to resolve this mismatch before proceeding.
The reason your CRM icon isn't initially showing is because we want to be 100% sure it's the correct contact match.
Solution:
To resolve the 'Integrations Warning: Company Mismatch' and see the CRM icon on the contact's profile, you must choose either of the two options below:
Associate the contact with the existing contact on the Integrations tab.
OR
Select the current company.
In doing so, the contact will be added to your SourceWhale contacts, too.
Now, the CRM icon will be shown as expected:
