This integration is designed to work with your personal WhatsApp account, allowing you to send one-off WhatsApp messages directly from SourceWhale outside of a campaign in addition to providing the ability to automatically log WhatsApp correspondence to your CRM/ATS for specific contacts, regardless of whether its sent from SourceWhale or your phone / WhatsApp web.
Please note: if you choose to sync correspondence to your CRM/ATS, we push notes to the CRM whenever a WhatsApp is sent through SourceWhale, all future messages sent and received in this WhatsApp chat will then also be sent to the CRM/ATS as a note.
