SourceWhale AI Drafts requires Conversation view to be turned on for AI drafts to be generated. This ensures that emails are grouped together as threads and your drafts stay in the correct place.
Note: AI Drafts must be enabled for your seat by your team admin before AI-generated drafts will appear in your inbox.
Outlook Web + New Outlook
At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail >Layout.
Under Message organization, select Show email grouped by conversation.
Under Arrange the reading panel select Newest on top
Outlook Desktop
In the ribbon at the top of the window, select the View tab.
Check the box for Show as Conversations.
Choose whether to apply it to This Folder or All Mailboxes.

Gmail
On your computer, open Gmail.
At the top right, click Settings > See all settings.
Scroll to the "Conversation View" section.
Select Conversation view on.
At the bottom, click Save Changes.
