February 2026

Saved Views on the main projects table

Projects users are now able to create saved views in the main project page! This feature was already available in the Company table and has now been extended to the Project main page as well (and will soon be available on the People page too)

How it works:

  • What can be saved: Filters, Column sorting, number of rows per page

  • Choose visibility: saved view can be private or public (visible to everyone in their team)

  • Managing Views: Rename, hide, delete, or change visibility from the view tab menu

New People Page Design 🎨

We’ve just rolled out an update to the People Page to make it quicker, cleaner, and more intuitive for users to manage their contacts

What’s new:

  • Modern design: The page now matches the look & feel of other areas in the app

  • Faster actions: Primary CTAs, like adding new contact and Search AI are easier to find - streamlining key actions for users

  • Saved Views: Users can now create saved views on the People Page

  • Custom fields: These are now accessible directly from the page, making it more accessible to users

Resume Matching & Duplicate Detection 👯

We’ve launched an enhanced resume matching experience that automatically links uploaded resumes to the right contacts in the CRM, helping users keep a their CRM with clean data and improve workflow efficiency.

What’s new:
Automatic resume attachment when there’s a strong match with an existing contact:

  • Same email, or

  • Same social profile, or

  • Same name and phone, or

  • Same name and job title and company

For weak matches, SourceWhale suggests potential duplicates, users can decide to attach the resume or create a new contact.

Custom Field Filtering 🎣

How it works

  • Click the Filters button at the top left of the table

  • Custom filters appear underneath the standard SourceWhale filters

  • Set these filters to refine the list of contacts displayed

This significantly improves list-building flexibility and makes custom fields much more powerful in day-to-day workflows. Need to find someone in SourceWhale with a custom property? Now you can!
