The following will need to be actioned by user with Admin permissions in Bullhorn.
Follow the steps below on how to add SourceWhale as a value to your Source list in Bullhorn.
Step 1
Login to your Bullhorn CRM, click on the Menu in the top left hand corner -> Admin -> Field Mappings
Step 2
Scroll down until you find "Contact", click the little arrow to the left of contact and within the Label field, search for the word "source"
Click on the little arrow next to source just under the "Field" section. In the Value list, input SourceWhale
Step 3
We are now going to do the same for Candidate, you will need to scroll through your list and find Candidate (same as how you found contact)
Click on the little arrow next to Candidate, search for "source" in the Label field. Then click on the little arrow next to source under the field section and then add SourceWhale to the Value list.
You have now setup SourceWhale as a source in Bullhorn ! This will now be automatically as a source whenever you add someone from SourceWhale into your CRM.
If you need to do this for other contact types such as Leads, you can follow the same process as above and add it to as a value to the source for Leads.
Source Mappings in SourceWhale
One thing you will need to check is that you have mapped source correctly in SourceWhale within the Contact Fields for all your Contact types that you use (Candidate, Contacts or Leads). This can be done by following these steps:

1. Navigate to your Integration Settings in SourceWhale.
2. Click on Bullhorn
3. Click on the Contact Fields tab
4. Select the relevant tab (Candidate, Contact, Lead)
5. Scroll down to Source and check this is mapped to the correct field
6. Repeat this for each contact type.
Ensure this is mapped to the source field where you added the SourceWhale value.
